ZEG Publishing, LLC (“ZEG,” “we,” “us”) is the legal entity that operates this website and accepts payment for enrollment. The Professional Beauty Wellness Specialist (PBWS) course is delivered through the Diwan El-Mahrifah Wellness Academy, a division of H3 in Motion. ZEG Publishing, LLC processes payment on the Academy’s behalf.
This site currently uses only essential cookies required for account login and session security (provided through Supabase). We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking tools.
Login credentials are handled through secure authentication technology provided by Supabase. ZEG Publishing does not have access to users’ plain-text passwords. Account access is restricted through technical controls intended to limit each student to their own course and account data. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information; however, no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain account, course, exam, and certificate records for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to support certificate verification. Payment records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. Some records may be retained longer where required by law, even after an account deletion request.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not currently share personal information for targeted advertising. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, when required by law, to protect our legal rights, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a business sale or transfer.
Enrolled students receive communications necessary to deliver the course. If we offer optional promotional emails, they will be separate from required course communications, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Some information may need to be retained even after a deletion request, as described above.
Stripe and Supabase each maintain their own privacy policies governing how they handle data on our behalf; we encourage you to review those policies directly on their websites.
This website and the PBWS Academy are directed to adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Some of our published books are children’s books; however, purchasing those books occurs through third-party retailers, not this website. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information to us may contact us at the email below to request its removal.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last Updated” date above, and where appropriate, by email or a notice on this website. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This website is operated by ZEG Publishing, LLC, which is the legal entity accepting payment and entering into this agreement with you. The PBWS course is delivered through the Diwan El-Mahrifah Wellness Academy, a division of H3 in Motion. By enrolling, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enroll in the PBWS course.
PBWS is an independent professional-development certificate program available to professionals in multiple states. It is not a government license, occupational license, healthcare credential, or guarantee of continuing-education acceptance. PBWS does not issue an occupational, healthcare, counseling, barbering, cosmetology, esthetics, nail, or other government license. Each participant is responsible for confirming acceptance with the applicable licensing board, employer, agency, or other authority before purchasing.
Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the PBWS course materials for your own personal professional development. This license does not include the right to record, copy, reproduce, publicly post, teach from, distribute, sublicense, resell, scrape, or use the materials to build a competing or derivative program.
All lessons, videos, audio, downloads, quizzes, examinations, graphics, published books, trademarks, certificates, and other materials made available through this site and the Academy are the property of ZEG Publishing, LLC and/or the Diwan El-Mahrifah Wellness Academy, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Course enrollment is a one-time payment processed through Stripe; it is not a recurring subscription. Enrollment and account access are typically activated automatically upon successful payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline or reverse suspected fraudulent transactions, and take reasonable steps in response to failed or disputed payments, including suspending access as described below.
A certificate is issued only after all required course modules, knowledge checks, and the final examination have been completed with a passing score of 75% or higher. Credential IDs are unique and permanently assigned; they are never reused or reassigned to a different student. We may deny or revoke a certificate or credential in cases of cheating, fraud, identity misrepresentation, an altered certificate, or misuse of the PBWS credential.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, posing a security risk, engaging in suspected fraud, initiating a payment chargeback, or otherwise misusing the site or course.
We may perform maintenance, updates, and corrections, and the site or course may occasionally be temporarily unavailable as a result. We may update course content, module order, testing, and technical requirements over time; such updates will not reduce the validity of a credential already legitimately earned before the change.
This site links to and references third-party retailers (such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble) for book purchases, and uses third-party services (such as Stripe and Supabase) to operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
This website and the PBWS course are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZEG Publishing, LLC and the Diwan El-Mahrifah Wellness Academy are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the course. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold ZEG Publishing, LLC and the Diwan El-Mahrifah Wellness Academy harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful conduct, infringement of another’s rights, misuse of the course materials, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZEG Publishing, LLC regarding the PBWS course.

PBWS enrollment fees are generally nonrefundable after payment, because access to digital course content is provided promptly upon enrollment. We will review verified duplicate charges, incorrect charge amounts, failure to deliver purchased access that our support team could not resolve, and refunds required by applicable law. Billing or access problems must be reported to zegpublishingllc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Email zegpublishingllc@gmail.com with your name, the email address used for enrollment, the purchase date, and your Stripe receipt or transaction number. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Course access and any pending certificate may be suspended while a payment dispute or chargeback is under review, and may remain suspended if the dispute is resolved against ZEG Publishing, LLC.
PBWS enrollment is a single, one-time payment. It does not automatically renew and is not a subscription.
Books are sold through third-party retailers, not directly through this website. Refunds, returns, and exchanges for books are handled entirely by the retailer where the purchase was made, not by ZEG Publishing, LLC.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
